Whereas: 2022’s Supreme Court decision overturned Roe v Wade, making it possible for pro-lifers to challenge Washington’s heinous abortion laws in court; and
Whereas: Bob Ferguson and Planned Parenthood are working to protect the ‘right’ to kill unborn babies by putting it into our state constitution through a constitutional amendment; and
Whereas: If this happens, it will be harder to fight for the unborn in court and we may see even more pro-abortion laws passed, leading to even more unborn babies being murdered; and
Whereas: Pro-lifers are getting organized, fast, and we will actively oppose any politician who votes to sanction the killing of unborn babies in the state of Washington.
Therefore: As a pro-life voter in your district, I expect you to stand up for life and VOTE NO on SJR8204, legislation that would codify abortion in the state constitution. This issue is of the utmost importance to me, and I’ll be watching your vote closely!
